Here is the schedule that we will be using for the year.
8:30-10:15~ Reading, Spelling, and Grammar
10:15-10:30~Recess
10:30-11:30~Math (Mr. Graham and I will intermix classes)
11:35-12:15~Lunch
12:20-1:05~Science with Mr. Graham
1:10-1:55~Social Studies with Mrs. Harper
2:00-2:15~Recess
2:20-3:00~Writing
3:00-3:10~Get ready for home
3:10~School dismissed
*Students will have specials on Tuesday and Thursday after lunch until the end of the day. Please make sure on PE days that your student wears appropriate shoes and dress.
*You can expect your student to have homework in spelling Monday thru Thursday. If students do not finish their math assignment in class then it will also go home for homework. Students are expected to bring homework back the next day for full credit. We are using a new math program this year; Excel Math that I feel you will enjoy more than the Everyday Math that we have had in the past. Excel Math seems to be more user friendly.
